Listing Guidelines:

This guide was created to outline the general standards we use when evaluating advertisers search term and listing requests.

Common Reasons An URL May Not Be Approved:

• The Url contains more than 1 pop up or other form of forced advertising.
• The URL is not valid and parses to an Error Message.

General Relevancy:
Search terms can only be approved when the URL contains content that is relevant and specific to the search term. The presence of link or banner on the Site does not validate relevancy or warrant the approval of the search term.

Tip: Submit the URL that leads directly to the products, services or information relating to the search term desired.

Common Search Terms:
Intelibuzz has strict rules regarding common search terms. To qualify for common search terms such as free, education, business, health, shopping, etc. a Site must provide a large variety content with specific information relating to the search term.

Site Ownership:
Advertisers must own the Site they want to list on Intelibuzz. All listings must parse to a site that is owned by the advertiser. We must be able to verify ownership via the whois database.

Adult Content:
For Intelibuzz purposes a site is categorized as "adult" if it's content includes:
A) Pornography or sexually explicit material.
B) Hate or racist themes.
C) Promotes illegal activity.
We do not allow sites containing this content to advertise on Intelibuzz. Additionally, approved listings which alter their site to include Adult Content will be removed without notice. Please report sites appearing on Intelibuzz that contain adult content by sending the "keywords" used to find site and the sites "title" to admin@intelibuzz.com

Gambling Sites:
For Intelibuzz purposes a site is categorized as a "Gambling Site" if it:
A) Promotes wagering or betting.
B) Accepts payment for the opportunity to win cash or prizes. 
We do not allow Gambling Sites to advertise on Intelibuzz. Additionally, approved listings which alter their site to include Gambling content will be removed without notice.

These guidelines are only intended to help keep our advertisers informed.
These guidelines may be modified without notice. These guidelines are not an agreement between Intelibuzz and its advertisers, and does not limit Intelibuzz's discretion in evaluating search terms or listings.
