Lemon Ice Cream

You can enjoy this luscious Kefir ice cream with only 3 ingredients. A light and refreshing dessert that is easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 400 ml kefir or 400 ml milk or plain yogurt
  • 1 large grated zest of lemon
  • 130 g agave syrup or maple syrup or honey

Instructions

  1. First is to melt the sugar before mixing all the ingredients including the sugar.
  2. Then place the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn for about 20 minutes. It will depend on your ice cream maker and the texture that you want.
