Why I Adore Kefir and just what Are Kefir Grains?

It is said that Kefir is origin from a mountain called Caucasian also know as the former USSR. Throughout the ages it has been a very famous healthy drink in Russia, Eastern Europe and some other countries.

What are Kefir Grains?

First of all, yogurt and kefir taste almost the same and both of them are cultured milk products. Based on a research kefir has more vitamins and nutrients compare to yogurt.
